The teams are made up of a mix of experienced and junior professionals to facilitate daily learning. Each hire has the time to develop at a human and sustainable pace without fearing for their position during turbulent times.

Faced with hyper-financed competitors, the company has no choice but to excel in its cash management and the execution of each of its actions.

This challenge leads Sociabble’s employees to surpass even their own expectations and to constantly raise their standards on the projects they carry out.

Our Commitment to Another Form of Office Well-Being

In 2022, Sociabble received the “Great Place to Work” designation with a 90% satisfaction index, well above the required 65%. This certification has a special meaning for Sociabble: it proves that it is possible to build a company where it is good to work, without giving in to the pressures of the crazy world of startups.

By following the bootstrapping path, a development model that goes against the grain in its own industry, Sociabble wants to send a strong message: it is possible to build an extraordinary company, both international and self-financed, with a dedicated, united, and ambitious team.

Meet Jean-Louis

CEO & Founder of Sociabble

A graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris, Jean-Louis Bénard co-founded the digital agency FRA while he was still a student there—a company with more than 100 employees dedicated to the implementation of e-platforms such as Ooshop for Carrefour—which he then sold to Digitas in 2001.

In 2003, he created Brainsonic, one of the main independent digital agencies in Paris. In 2014, he founded Sociabble with his earlier business partner, Laurent Gauthier.

Jean-Louis is passionate about sports (skateboarding, windsurfing, trail running, and tennis), which he practices every chance he gets—in France and overseas!

Originally from Luxembourg, Alexandra especially enjoys travel, as well as sports in the broader sense. With a passion for dance, she also studied ballet and modern jazz for 13 years.

Meet Brendan

EMEA & North American Sales Director

A longtime resident of the Pacific Northwest, Brendan studied History and French at the University of Oregon.

Prior to Sociabble, he worked as a Recruiter, which gave him a good base to transition into solution sales.

At Sociabble, he started as an individual contributor but has worked his way up the organization to the position of Regional Sales Director.

He leads a team of Account Executives who are focused on guiding and advising EMEA and North American prospects on the value of Employee Communications, Employee Engagement, Employee Advocacy, and Social Selling.

In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, frisbee, reading, cooking (especially SPICY foods), listening to podcasts (about anything from Sales Methodologies to Sports), and hanging out with his two cats.

Meet Elliot

Chef Customer Officer

After earning his degree in engineering, Elliot worked 10 years in customer relationship management.

He began his career in project management and business development within the manufacturing and energy industries. He then continued to develop his skills as a Sales Manager, as well as his passion for the business of Customer Success.

Elliot began working at Sociabble in 2018, as a Customer Success Manager, and gradually took responsibility for the entire Customer Success team.

Elliot is passionate about sports, especially Crossfit, and he also enjoys drawing and music.

work Recruitment process

Our recruitment process is concrete, fast, and efficient

It starts with a first interview with an HR manager, which is an opportunity for us to get to know you and to learn more about your experiences and aspirations.

In a second step, an interview with Stéphane, Sociabble’s CTO, is organized to address technical and specific questions about your future position (we mostly check that the basics are there, don’t panic! 😊)

And that’s it!
