Driving Digital Transformation Through Employee Advocacy

Projetlys, a strategic Microsoft partner, has launched the Sociabble brand advocacy platform to drive digital transformation and amplify online visibility, obtaining an engagement rate of 75% within nine months.

As part of the “Partner Digital Amplification” program launched by Microsoft, which is designed to boost partners’ digital transformation, Projetlys has successfully launched the Sociabble employee advocacy platform. The initiative, which is part of the company’s ongoing digital strategy, has served to boost online visibility and showcase expertise, with 75% of Projetlys employees signing up to the platform within nine months.

The implementation of Sociabble has taken place step by step, in order to integrate the platform into teams’ daily routines, and align the program with Projetlys’ digital objectives. During a trial period of a few months, the Sociabble brand advocacy platform, and the gamification features it offers, have proven to be extremely popular.

“Over the course of nine months, the engagement rate increased steadily, reaching 75% in December 2015,” notes Stéphanie Marie-Munier, in charge of Marketing and Communications at Projetlys. “This is why change management will take time, as development is continual. However, thanks to gamification on the platform we hope to engage all employees. Our aim is to have at least five influencers, with a Klout Score of over 45.”

 

Facilitating employee advocacy through training and mobility

Sociabble aggregates content onto themed channels, making it easy for Projetlys teams to access information that is relevant to them, and to share it on their own social media accounts directly from the platform. This has been particularly useful for sales teams and consultants, who have used content to engage in social selling and initiate conversations online. “I’ve added app.sociabble.com to my favorites, so every day when I launch my browser I can access all the latest content, and stay up to date on technology and business news,” explains Myriam Despras, Account Manager at Projetlys.

Tailored training sessions were provided by social media and content marketing agency Brainsonic, enabling Projetlys teams to get the most out of the Sociabble platform, and to familiarize themselves with best practices in terms of digital communication.

As Sociabble is available in native app form for Android, iOS and Huawei HarmonyOS, Projetlys teams are able use the platform on the go, and fit the tool into their daily workflow. “I set aside 10 minutes every morning, so that while I’m having breakfast I can read and share the latest content on my mobile,” explains Patrice Noguero, Sales and Marketing Director at Projetlys.

The launch of Sociabble, together with Brainsonic support, has enabled Projetlys to lay the foundations of a digital strategy that is going from strength to strength.
